The purpose of the SAT is to measure a high school student’s readiness for college, Overall, the higher you score on the SAT, the more options for attending and paying for college will be available to you.
When to take the SAT?
The SAT exam is offered nationally every year in August, October, November, December, March, May, and June.it is a 3 hour paper
What is on the SAT?
The Sat paper comprises of
- Math
- Evidence-Based Reading and Writing.
Each section of the SAT is scored on a 200 to 800 point scale. Your total SAT score is the sum of your section scores. The highest possible SAT score is 1600.
IMAT: International Medical Admission Test
IMAT: International Medical Admission Test is an exam that candidates who want to study medicine in English in Italy have to sit for.
It is an admission exam to enter Italian Universities as required by the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research.
IMAT exam, which decides the entrance to medical faculties and dentistry, entitles you 6 years of university education.
Out of the 13 English-language medical schools in Italy, 12 of them provide medical education and 1 of them provides dentistry education. University of Siena provides dentistry education in English.

You should get familiar with the following general information about IMAT;
- The exam consists of multiple choice questions
- Exam consists of the areas of logical reasoning, general culture, biology, chemistry, physics and mathematics.
- It has 5 choices and only one correct answer is accepted.
- Total exam time is 100 minutes
- A total of 60 questions are asked.
The curriculum of the IMAT Exam, which consists of Logic, General Culture, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics parts, is almost identical to the curriculum in high schools so students do not have excessive difficulty while studying.
